- Supervisory Management Skills
- Workplace Statutory Policies & Procedures (L6)
And any one of:
- Food Hygiene
- Food Preparation & Service
- Health Related Cleaning Skills
- Infection Prevention & Control
- Laundry Skills
- Peer Mentoring
- Person Centred Focus to Disability (OTC Module)
- Stock Control & Materials Systems
Or any other module from the Health Service Skills Award deemed relevant
by the organisation/employer.
